A blended intensive programme covering topics such as: classroom culture in international settings, conflict resolution in multicultural academic environments, internationalisation of curriculum, staff wellbeing when it comes to implementing internationalisation strategies. The proposed blended intensive programme will be delivered in partnership with Portland State University and the University of Minnesota, Duluth in the United States and Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia. (the learners we target are staff from international offices of partner institutions as well as academic staff seeking training on the proposed topics).
